We built a governed semantic layer and streaming pipeline that gives merchandising teams live inventory and demand insight, powered by natural-language querying.

We embedded a cross-functional squad alongside Atlas Retail Group's team, moving from discovery to a validated architecture in weeks. Delivery happened in short, test-covered iterations — every sprint produced working software the client could review, so direction stayed tight and risk stayed low.
